Guarantee & Terms
Please read these terms before making any payment. By paying, you acknowledge that you have read and understood them.
1. The Guarantee
AI Business Advantage™ stands behind the quality of every AI Employee we build. If your AI Employee is not performing as agreed upon in your service agreement within the first 30 days of deployment, we will re-educate and refine it at no additional cost until it meets the agreed-upon standards. This guarantee covers the AI Employee's configuration, knowledge base accuracy, and workflow performance as defined in your signed service agreement.
2. What the Guarantee Covers
The guarantee covers: (a) the AI Employee's ability to answer questions using your approved business knowledge, (b) its adherence to the workflows and SOPs you provided during orientation, (c) its response accuracy against the certified test bank, and (d) its integration with the communication channels specified in your agreement.
3. What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
The guarantee does not cover: outcomes we cannot control (sales, revenue, ROI, lead volume, customer behavior, or market conditions), issues caused by third-party platform changes (e.g., Facebook API updates, WhatsApp policy changes), or performance degradation caused by outdated or incorrect business knowledge you provided. The AI Employee is a tool that helps capture opportunities — it does not manufacture demand.
4. Subscription Terms
Monthly subscriptions are recurring and billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Multi-month plans (4, 8, 12 months) are paid upfront and are non-refundable except where required by law. One-time lifetime payments grant permanent access with no expiration. Your tier rate is locked for life — whatever price you joined at is the price you keep, even when pricing increases for new clients.
5. Free Inclusions
The AI Business Advantage™ Diagnostic, the AI Opportunity Report, the custom AI Employee prototype, and the one-page business website are genuinely free — there is no charge to receive any of these. The subscription fee is for running the AI Employee live, ongoing, hosted and maintained. A full year of SEO is included with all paid plans. xDeals Business Premium is included free with Founding 100 and lifetime plans; for Tier 2 and Standard it is a separate paid add-on.
6. AI Employee Accuracy
An AI Employee is not perfect and is not incapable of errors. It operates under a discipline of: Knowledge Base → Testing → Human Review → Deployment → Monitoring → Refinement. Important or sensitive outputs require appropriate testing, monitoring, and human review. We do not guarantee that the AI Employee will never make an error, but we do guarantee that we will refine it when errors are identified.
7. Data & Privacy
Your business knowledge, workflows, and data remain yours. We use them solely to educate and operate your AI Employee. We do not sell or share your business data with third parties. Client handbook and knowledge records are tenant-scoped — one client's data is never used to train another client's AI Employee.
8. Acceptance
By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. If you do not read them, that is your choice — but they still apply. If you have questions about any term before paying, we encourage you to ask ARI or contact our team directly.
